Privacy Policy

I. In Compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law 15/1999, of 13 December(hereinafter, LOPD), and with the Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulation of development of the LOPD (hereinafter, RDLOPD), we inform the User about our Privacy and Protection Policy of Personal Data resulting from the use of Conauta (hereinafter, the APPLICATION) well as the services and contents accessible through such APPLICATION.

II. This Privacy Policy covers the management of the User makes the APPLICATION, of the personally identifiable information and other data it collects when you agree to the APPLICATION service. This Privacy Policy covers the use of your personal information and other information that APPLICATION collects when you access the service. The Service is not available for children under eighteen (18).

III. The APPLICATION receives and stores any information you enter on our Service or provide to us in any other way. The information collected may include: your name, email address, phone number, Facebook or Twitter user names, tastes and preferences and information regarding the use of our Service.

Account Information. When you sign in for a user Conautapp account, we require certain information such as your name, email address.

Profile Information. To certain features within the Conauta application, we may also ask to complete a profile, which may include interests, presentation video, profile picture, etc.. Certain parts of your profile as Conauta (like your profile picture, first name, interests, reviews and presentation video) are part of your public profile page, and will be publicly visible to othes. Profile as Traveler (not active conauta), will be visible only to conautas you have contacted.

Authentication-related information. To help create and maintain a trusted environment, we may collect identification if you decide to provide it (like a photo of your goverment issued ID) or other authentification information.

Payment Information. We collect financial information (like your bank account or credit card information) when you use the Payment Services to process payments.

To help facilitate bookings, we may share your information with other members as follows:
When you as a Traveler contact a conauta, certain information about you is shared with the Conauta, including your full name, full name of additional travelers, your cancellation history, and other information you agree to share. When booking is confirmed, we will disclose additional information to assist coordinating the trip, like your phone number.
When you as a Conauta have a confirmed booking, certain information is shared with the traveler, including your full name, , your cancellation history and phone number.
We do not share your billing and payout information with other users (conautas or travelers)

IV. The personal data you supply will be stored in a file owned by CONAUTAPP in order to ensure the full use and your enjoyment of app services and content.

V. The User agrees receipt of commercial electronic communications and/or equivalent electronic media advertising available, for the purpose of keep the User informed about APPLICATION’s news and new services that may be of your interest.

VI. The User agrees that all your personal data, images, videos and any other data or information contained in your account associated with the APPLICATION will be published and made available (fractionated or complete) to other Users depending on the privacy settings set by the User, without CONAUTAPP assuming any responsibility for the configuration selected by the User.

VII. The User consents to let CONAUTAPP obtain its geolocation data in order to record and publish information that may be of your interest and related to its location, as well as to show estimated maps of the area where the experience or activity will take place.

VIII. Payments. Conautapp may share your personal information to provide the payments services and facilitate the use of the platform.

IX. Safety and Compliance with Law. Conautapp may disclose your information to courts, law enforcement or governamental authorities, or authoried by third parties, if and to the extent we are required to do so by law or if such disclosure is reasonably necessary: 1. to comply with legal process and to respond to claims asserted against Conautapp, 2. to respond to verified requests relating to a criminal investigation or alleged or suspected illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other of our users to legal liability, 3. to enforce and administer our Terms of Use or other agreements, 4. for fraud investigation and prevention, risk assessment, customer support, product development and debuging purposes, or to protect the rights,property or personal safety of Conautapp, employees, Users, or public.
We will attempt to notify Users about these requests in good faith if effective, unrisky and legally permited.

X. CONAUTAPP declares that all information will be treated confidentially,implementing all the security measures it deems appropriate and proportionate to ensure the security of personal data.

XI. The User may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification,cancel lat ion and oppos i t ion by sending an email to the address with the subject 'PRIVACY'.

XII. If access to the APPLICATION is made with the profile of Facebook or Twitter, theUser accepts responsibility of knowing, accepting, and abiding by the policy of use,and privacy policy of Facebook and Twitter. Violation of these policies will result in breach of these terms.

XIII. The User is aware that the installation and use is under your sole responsibility and expressly and fully accept this Privacy Policy and Data Protection.

XIV. CONAUTAPP is based in Spain. All information captured via the Website and the APPLICATION will be transferred, held and processed in the European Union. However, CONAUTAPP may disclose your personal data to third parties who are integral to our Website and APPLICATION, in order to provide you with our Services. Therefore, you expressly consent that your personal data can be transferred, stored and processed on servers that are located outside the European Union. Any sharing or disclosure of your Personal Data will be in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

XV. CONAUTAPP reserves the right to modify or replace the Privacy Policy, notifying those changes to the User in good time. The continued use of the Service, after notice of any change, constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Cookies Policy
